To analysis customers’ requirement, make the gap analysis between ZF and customers.

To input clear requirement to suppliers and discuss the test plan with customers and Friction suppliers.

To handle the testing resource and align with all ZF engineering cross function.

To check and distinguish the friction test reports, frequently meeting with customers and suppliers.

To handle and solve friction issue during development with ZF and friction suppliers.

To visit customers and audit friction suppliers during development phase.

To support ZF NVH team for NVH solution.

To support ZF SDE and purchasing team for audit, quality activities, cost saving etc.

To support ZF plants production launch and quality activities.

To support the development capability, continue improvement.

To support project hunting Japan OEM project.

To study friction topic and support to update friction test specification.

To support Japan OEM to build their friction bookshelf activities.

Braking engineering experience for more than three years

Friction engineering experience is preferential

Fluent Japanese language is preferential, but Fluent English is peremptory

Project management experience for Japan OEM is preferential
