岗位职责：

1. 部门日常文书资料收集整理等行政工作；

2. 负责项目销控管理；

3. 负责销售认购、签约、回款跟进及客户管理工作；

4. 协助客户完成按揭相关工作；

5. 配合项目交楼前的准备工作；

6. 办理《不动产权证》的资料收集；

7. 负责合作单位（银行、律师所）日常对接；

8. 负责各类合同和客户档案的保管工作，对客户反馈的意见及时传递和处理；

9. 熟悉销售系统软件及资料；

10. 完成上级领导下达的临时性工作。

 

任职要求

1. 大专或以上学历，营销类、行政文秘类专业优先考虑；

2. 具备文档管理、办公行政知识、文字功底好优先考虑；

3. 良好的沟通协调、团队协作能力和逻辑思维和判断能力；

4. 性格稳重，细致耐心，积极主动，认真负责。
