1.负责与客户.代理.国外同事对接，沟通，安排货物的出口事宜.

2.整理空运文件，安排订仓，跟踪报关，熟悉流程的跟踪协调。

3.灵活处理各类突发事件并及时跟上级主管汇报.

3. 按公司要求报价，跟进，核对帐单，汇报。跟踪事宜。

4.货运系统的录入 ，货物的发货报告。

5.公司安排的其他内务工作.

任职要求：

1. 大专或以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语等相关专业优先考虑；

2.具有一定的英语基础。会基本的听。说，读。写的能力。

3.,做事认真.细心，责任心强，具有团队合作精神，

4. 熟悉海运、空运出口业务的相关知识及流程，能够独立完成工作，同岗位工作经验半年以上优先考虑.

5.熟悉电脑操作及办公应用软件WORD,EXCEL,邮件等；

6.思维敏捷，性格坚韧，具备良好的应变能力，能够灵活独立的处理紧急事件；

7.有强烈的事业心，责任心和积极的工作态度；热衷于物流.
