Objective of Position (General Statement)

Provides application/technical assistance to sales engineer and customer. Assists in training and providing technical information to the field service and sales people as required.

职位目标：

为销售和客户提供售前和售后技术支持，根据需求为服务人员和销售提供技术信息。

Essential Job Functions: 1. Responsible for providing technical or application related assistance to customers, sales people, and service organization.

2. Use sizing tool to do product selection and quotation as per customer specification data.

3. Understand key industry process and applications.

4. Communicate with headquarters for technical issue, special price, and application confirmation.

5. Travels to customer, DI/EPC for technical exchange and communication.

6. May perform customer, sales, or service tech training both in-house and on-site.

主要职责：

1. 为客户、销售、服务人员提供技术和应用支持
2. 根据客户的技术规格书，使用选型工具进行产品选型和报价
3. 了解主要工业行业的工艺流程和应用
4. 和供应商总部进行及时问题、特殊报价、应用方案确认等进行交流
5. 根据需要到客户或者设计院进行技术交流
6. 为客户、销售或服务人员提供技术培训

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE:

1. Degree in Process Control / Automation / Mechanical Eng. / Chemical Eng.

2. Knowing of Oil & Gas, Refinery / Chemical, F&B Industry etc.

3. Good interpersonal and communication skills

4. Good written and communication skills in both English and Chinese

5. 1-3 years experience in instrumentation industry or related industry is preferred.

教育、培训：

1、大学本科以上学历，专业：过程控制、自动化、机械制造、化工等相关专业

2、油气、炼油、石化、化工、食品的相关行业知识和背景

3、良好的人际关系和沟通能力

4、良好的英语书写、阅读和口语能力

5、1-3年仪表自动化行业或相关工业行业的工作背景优先考虑
