行政专员

1. 负责招聘工作，熟悉招聘流程，协助部门经理进行初试及跟进复试、录用等工作；
   2.熟悉国家劳动法，负责员工入职、离职、转正、调岗等手续办理，管理员工档案；
   3.负责社保、个税管理，日常申报、增减员、社保基数调整及相关待遇申报；
   4.负责执行人力资源规章制度的实施，并根据需要进行及时修改调整。
2. 审核考勤申请，统计及分析与薪酬相关的考勤数据，编制考勤报表，考勤正确率达到99.5%，
   6.负责办公室固定资产的管理、更新和盘点、办公室用品的采购、报销与发放
   7.负责公司各项规章制度的推行，执行与追综，如办公室卫生环境的检查、人员行为规范的检查
   8.参与行政多个模块从线下到线上的系统开发，协助行政模块线上线下流程的梳理优化，提出并完成的优化需求20多条，参与的考勤系统、采购系统、活动申请系统等系统均已上线
   9.协助组织各大型活动，如年会、各节日活动、店庆、篮球比赛等
3. 1.工作时间
   9：00-12：00，14：00-18：00（大小周制）
