1、负责出口货物接单后的货物运输整体流程运转，订舱，装箱或发货安排，报关跟踪；
2、核对提单或空运随机文件的制作，确认是否已出运，发送预报，签发提单 
3、请款/催款，制作成本分析，货物后续跟踪，负责海运进出口货运代理操作；
4、处理与海关，港口和船务关系，接受业务咨询，业务委托 
5、建立详细的工作档案，保存所有相关业务文档，制作相应的进出口表单，通关单证；
6、以良好的服务态度应对客户投诉，并在最短时间内予以解决。
任职资格:
1、学历要求：大专以上学历；
2、技能要求：熟悉国际货运代理、报关、报检、进出口贸易等知识；具有一定的英语听说读写能力，熟悉使用办公室软件。
3、性格要求：有责任心，具有服务与团队合作精神以及良好的人际沟通能力，有经验者优先。
4、工资待遇：基本底薪+操作奖励+奖金+年终奖，社会保险，带薪年假，生日福利等；
5、上班时间： 9:00-18:00，周末双休，五天工作制。
