HR MANAGER

Full Time, Short-term, Guangzhou

DESCRIPTION

In charge of Employee Relationship cross China, and implement office administrative management in the Guangzhou office, providing HR support for the company’s operation and development.

MAIN TASKS

1. Provide support for the establishment of a complete system of HR;
2. Be responsible for new employees on boarding, employment contract management, termination procedures, and employees’ identifying papers.
3. Be responsible for monthly employee attendance record management;
4. Be responsible for employee data maintenance management, and provide accurate China information to the global.
5. Provide HR support on other HR functions including Compensation& Welfare/ Performance Management / Training, etc.
6. Orientation training.
7. Recruitment & Retention.
8. Be responsible for organizing team building activities in Guangzhou office, to establish and maintain team work spirit.

SKILLS

• Proven skills in Excel/Word/PPT
• Being well organized and detail oriented
• Create procedures, policies and processes
• Excellent in inter-personal relations and manage personal issues

REQUIREMENTS

• HR Background and 3-5 years’experience
• Proficiency in English and Chinese in both written and spoken
• Excellent organization skills / Document archiving
• Open-minded and willing to explore new ideas
• Vision and open-mind
• No 9-5 mentality
• Able to work in Pazhou
• Experience in creative business or advertisement
