岗位职责

1. 为用户执行各种应用程序配置、系统支持和培训任务。

2. 协助团队进行技术和功能配置

3. 帮助开发团队准备应用系统的用户指南。

职位要求：

1. 具有编程语言、数据库、IT系统和工具的基本知识，有1年以上工作经验；

2. 熟悉C#、.NET等相关技术优先；

3. 熟练使用SQL Server数据库;

4. 有英文基础的优先;

5.熟悉相关服务台软件系统优先

6.工作细致认真，积极主动，沟通能力和团队意识强，能承受一定工作压力;
