岗位职责

1、财务总账审计管理；

2、制定、维护公司财务制度和政策，制定年度、季度的成本核算、预算上报执行相关的政策和制度；

3、负责部门的日常管理运维工作；

4、管控财务稽核、审计、会计的工作并监督其执行；

5、向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；

7、负责组织公司的成本管理工作,；

8、进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核，确保公司利润指标的完成。

任职资格：

1、三年—五年总账管理经验；财会、金融管理等相关专业，大专学历，有注册会计师资格者，同行业管理经验优先；

2、熟悉国家金融政策、企业财务制度及流程、会计电算化，熟悉相关财税法律法规；

3、较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力，执行力强；

4、良好的组织、协调、沟通能力，和团队协作精神，能承受较大工作压力。
