1) Create product specification basing on the order data of products and projects from Marketing Department and Development Engineer

根据市场部和开发工程师提供的订单产品和项目信息资料，制作产品规格说明书

2) Analysis of drawings/parts for detecting potential problems in advance

分析图纸/零部件以及早发现潜在问题

3) Submit the product specification to Engineer Director for approval

提交产品规格说明书给工程部总监审核

4) According to the approved product specification and quality standard of the company, work out the quality specification

根据确认后的产品规格说明书和本公司的品质标准，制定质量检验规格说明书

5) Submit the quality specification to relevant Development Engineer and Quality manager for approval

提交质量检验规格说明书给相应的开发工程师和品质部经理审核

6) Amend and update the data on product specification and quality specification at any time if necessary

按需要随时修改和更新产品规格说明书和质量检验规格说明书

7) Make an inventory of gauges and instruments regularly, keep record of usage, be responsible for keeping and maintenance of gauges and instruments in office

定期盘点检验工具和仪器，做好使用登记，负责办公室检验工具和仪器的保管及维护

8) Be responsible for collecting and keeping the first article sample and mass production sample for review, keep record of sample usage

负责保管生产首样和大货样板以便日后追溯，做好样板使用登记

9) Assist Quality Engineer to do the functional test of products and issue the testing report accordingly

协助质量工程师进行产品的功能性测试，出具测试报告

10) Assist Quality manager to maintain ISO system and carry it out

协助质量经理管理并且执行ISO系统

11) Other related things assigned by superior

Requirements 任职资格:

1) Excellent written English for QA documents

优秀的质量文件英文书写能力

2) Mechanical education background, be familiar with casting, forging, stamping and CNC

机械教育背景，熟悉铸造，锻造，冲压和CNC

3) Be well know of international quality standard for metal parts

熟悉金属零部件的国际质量标准

4) At least 3 years of QA experience

5) Have ISO system practical experience
