Responsibilities:

1. Formulate annual and monthly training plan and in charge of the implementation and evaluation;

2. Set up and complete internal trainer system;

3. Build a close relationship with other departments and search the training needs to help other department;

4. Conduct orientation training for new staff, introduce company policies and regulations;

5. Analyze training needs of employees to develop training programs both internally and externally; support in the growth of employee skills;

6. Identify and recommend public training programs and coordinate participation in trainings;

7. Maintain and analyze organization and individual training records in order to monitor the effectiveness, assure the compliance with ISO requirements of training implementation;

8. Optimize training resources and achieve cost saving.

Requests:

1. College or above majoring in HR, management or English.

2. At least 5 years working experience in HR field , more than 3 years experience in training, no less than 1

year experience on supervisor or above level position.

3. Good English both in oral and written.
