Requirements:
- University graduate
- Excellent command of written English, CET 6 or above
- Familar with e-Commerce (work experience with eBay an advantage) business flow and operations
- Proficiency in PC skills (i.e. MS Office)
- Hard working and willing to take on responsibility
- Independant and team-oriented
- Possess good organizational skills
- Proactive and able to work under pressure and work long hours if required
- Details-oriented
- Good analytical skills
- Working experience: 2+ years

Duties:
- Reply emails to overseas customers in fluent English
- Perform daily system operation on our e-commerce platform
- Perform data and sales analysis
