Responsibilities:
1.Lead and upgrade the capabilities of NPI team.
2.Drive all NPI activities from the early stages in the R&D project, through PP phase, manufacturing test concept and ramp of a new product in manufacturing.
3.Work with R&D during the development phase to make sure that the product developed meets the expected production requirements.
4.Responsible for all technical aspects of the introduction of new products as well as product transfers from another location.
5.Develop, monitor and update NPI schedules and critical milestones.
6.Provide manufacturing engineering review on new product designs.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor of EE Degree.
2.Solid hands-on Experience with volume electronic manufacturing.
3.10 years experience of New Product Introduction projects and processes, in a cross-functional environment (R&D, Operations, etc).
4.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5.Strong professional skill-set combined with proactive attitude to work.
