职责描述：
● Perform Buyer duties for goods and services required by users for low value purchases, clarifying requirements with the users
● Issue Purchase Orders according to Group Procurement policies and procedures
● Provide timely, accurate and complete reports as needed for the purchases
● Support Cluster Category Leads to achieve Group Procurement goals, including savings, compliance and risk management
● Ensure timely issue purchase ordered goods and services for the assigned purchases.
● Interface and partner with users to understand needs and deliver continuous value, and a high level of customer service
● Support Strategic Sourcing Business Partner to secure compliance of Suppliers to contracted terms & conditions
● Support vendor registration process as per the policy
● Deliver the needs of any other tasks as instructed and relevant to the role and Procurement Team
Promote AirAsia’s culture and values within the organization and externally
● Act as the voice of Group Procurement Strategic Sourcing Business Partner
● Be due diligent, ensure completeness, accuracy and timely delivery of actions
● Strive for excellence in execution of responsibilities and duties

任职要求：

● Min 3 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably gained experiences as Buyer or in P2P transactional role, working in multinational companies
● Experience with ERP Purchasing systems is required
● A bachelor's degree
● Good negotiation and commercial thinking skills, able to understand procurement process
● Able to prioritize, focus, persevere, manage time well and aim to deliver from start to finish (good project management skills), while being tolerant and having patience with people
● Detail oriented, creative, analytical and good with numbers and analysis tools (MS-Excel /Google Sheet)
● Positive with self and others, good in relationship management and able to influence others
● Have integrity, ethical, respectful and service minded; able to collaborate with others from different cultures with different values, excellent in providing customer service and stakeholder management
● Confident, self-initiator, great coordinator and able to adopt change
● Able to network with others, be a team player; curious and strive for learning & self development
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
