Responsiblities：

1. Sustain and upgrade food safety and quality system

• Drive and improve staffs’ compliance sense according to PepsiCo food safety & quality manual, GMP principle or other related international standards/regulatory.
• Coordinate AIBI/FSSC 22K external audit as well as plant audits.
• Coordinate HACCP risk assessment when product/ingredients/machine change and any other trigger, organize and lead HACCP verification.
• Plan for the annual food safety & quality training plan and coordinate related FS&Q trainings
• Investigate the improvement opportunity for FS&Q system and lead improvement initiatives.

2.  Change management

• Coordinate change management/control process and organize overall assessment when necessary
• Coach and assist related functions/peoples to go through the process to avoid any unexpected risk

3.    Documentation control

• Download formula /Spec./QP from DMS periodically and post them in documentation system
• Keep and update master list for all documentations applied in quality system

4.    Assist work floor operation (W@POA), government audit, quality control or lab test under QM instructions when necessary

Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree with food/chemical related major.
2. Above 5Y work experience and at least 3Y on quality systems, good knowledge on HACCP / AIB / FSSC 22K / GMP standards & related law & regulation of food industry & Audit skill.
3. Project Management ability.
4. Ability to implement the standards to routine operation
5. Good ability of collaboration and pressure handling.
6. Good command of English & communication skills
