Accountability and Objectives：
Strong leadership to lead warehouse team to provide supervision and continuous improvement for warehouse operation. Make sure material handling and stock status are in timely and high accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities：
1)Warehouse operations supervision and monitoring relevant KPI;
2)Goods in/out handling & system data maintenance;
3)Maintain Stock accuracy and provide inventory report;
4)Warehouse resource planning and optimization either on HR or space;
5)standardization and streamline warehouse operations processes;
6)Coordinate with relevant parties, such as Production, Procurement, Logistics etc.;
7)Initiate and maintain Supermarket & Kanban system;
8)Implement 5S and EHS, and follow related procedures & WI;
9)To generate projects for warehouse efficiency and system setting improvement;
10)Provide effective training to subordinates.

Requirements:
?Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above.
?Experience: 5 years warehouse supervising experience with strong leadership.
?Knowledge: Warehousing, 5S, Kanban, SAP, ISO.
?Languages: Good command in English.

2)Independent with strong leadership qualities;
3)Build good relationships and problem-solving for multi-task;
4)Analyze problem with logical thinking;
5)Proficient in MS Office(especially MS Excel) and SAP system implementation;
6)Good command in English and computer skill;
7)Response well under high pressure.
