1. Assist the Manager in monitoring the area of plant administration, transportation, cafeteria, dormitory, environment to ensure smooth operation.
2. Assist in planning and controlling daily and monthly expenses, provide regular reports to HR Manager.
3. Responsible for third party contract management including sourcing various and right suppliers, contract reviewing and negotiation, keep regular contact with suppliers.
4. Security system management and monitor to ensure safety of the plant through close cooperation with Plant Manager and related department.
5. Canteen and uniform management and monitor.
6. Keep clean environment and manage virescence of plant and the management of the cleaning workers.
7. Organize periodical surveys in plant administration areas to seek colleagues' opinions and comments on the service and opportunities for further improvement.
8. Responsible for official visa, invitation letter and work permit application for foerign colleagues
9. Assist in HR activities organization such as annual dinner, outing, festival gifts etc.
10. Fixed assesst management.
11. Take ad hoc assignments from HR Manager.
