岗位职责：

1、制定并执行公司供应目标管理，并完善符合公司业务特性的供应链管理体系，降本增效；

2、负责供应渠道的开发与维护、推动供应商信息库建设，负责供应商资质审查及管理；

3、以销售为导向，负责对供应商进行评估、筛选、管理及战略维护,带领团队达成公司采购目标;

4、及时掌握市场动态和竞品信息，及时反馈；

5、负责协调销售、研发、生产、仓库等部门的供应管理工作；

6、负责产品及团队的培养管理。

岗位要求：

1、供应链管理 /生物/医药/化学等专业本科及以上学历；

2、三年以上相关行业供应链管理岗位经验，熟悉供应链管理各环节的相关流程，能够对生产、采购等方面资源进行有效规划、整合及优化；

3、熟悉供应商的评估和询价系统，有良好的沟通表达能力、谈判能力和成本意识；

4、高度责任心与良好的团队素养，有着优秀的判断决策力、协调能力及执行能力。
