工作职责/要求：

1. 负责建立和完善公司新产品的设计开发试制工作,确保产品品种不断更新和扩大,同时负责现有产品的改进工作

2. 需要具备优秀的审办能力，能快速与外国设计师对接每个新款的开发事项

3. 具备快速时尚服装行业敏锐触觉

4. 对服装、工艺、面料有深层次的认识

5. 英文书写，口语流利。

Job description/responsibility

1. Good English-speaking and writing

2. Have good experience/sense of fast-fashion ,at least 5 yrs

3. Good understanding of garment sewing ,workmanship , fabric performance.

4. Develop and improve the process of garment development before bulk production , contact with designers abroad and in charge of the initial/fitting/PPs development/improment , and give comments before sending to designers abroad .
