岗位职责:

General Statement of Duties (not exclusive):

Description about position: Licensed physicians with full practice license (职业执照) who choose to undertake
additional training at United Family Healthcare.

Primary job functions: Direct patient care, learning skills and increasing knowledge so may become full
functioning UFH physician. Assist with less experienced junior physicians.

Secondary job functions: Quality improvement, marketing projects as required of other UFH physicians as well
as additional duties as assigned by the training program faculty. Assist in teaching of other health care teach
members including non-clinical and clinical staff and volunteers

First tier specification:
Under-supervision: ? All Inpatient admission and documentation. ? All Inpatient rounding and documentation. ? All Inpatient discharge and documentation. ? All Emergency admission and documentation. ? All Emergency discharge and documentation. ? All Outpatient consultation and documentation.
Independent: None.

Supervision Received: Fellowship Program Directors and other fully credentialed UFH physicians acting as
clinical faculty. Supervisor as assigned by clinical department chair or his /her designee Preceptor(s)

Performance Requirements:

Education:
o Master level or substantial experience working with foreigners in a clinical setting.
o 2 years of direct patient care experience. Has had direct patient care experience in at least the following specialties: General Practice/Family Medicine, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Physical requirements: Able to perform duties of a physician independently in a timely manner.

Language abilities: Should have strong Mandarin Chinese and English skills.
