岗位职责：

1、根据品牌年度销售目标，制定年度市场推广及营销方案；

2、组织和监督实施年度市场推广计划；

3、负责CS渠道的开发、维护、管理；

4、审核各区域市场各类促销活动及终端会议，跟进活动及会议的业绩汇总及成果，并进行总结报告； 

5、进行市场调研与分析，研究同行、业界发展状况，定期进行市场预测与情报分析，为品牌决策提供依据；

6、建立完善市场部工作流程以及制度规范； 

7、制定市场推广费用预算及市场部全年整体财务预算制定、控制以及完善激励考核制度； 

8、管理市场团队，并对团队成员和相关部门进行市场培训和指导，确保达成工作指标。 

 岗位要求： 

1、大专以上学历，市场营销等相关专业； 

2、有美业日化线市场总监5年以上工作经验； 

3、具有敏锐的商业和市场意识，分析问题及解决问题能力强，具有业务推进能力； 

4、拥有良好的市场策划管理能力和团队协调工作能力，有组织实施的执行能力，善于整合资源、创新经营； 

5、有良好的行业人际资源。
