• Work closely with front-line and GLCM head to achieve the business targets. Participate in customer meetings to provide technical support of GLCM and follow up on GLCM sales opportunities and facilitate deals completion;
• Understand customers’ business and explore potential needs on GLCM services. Provide technical support on customer maintenance to improve user experience. Propose tailor-made GLCM solutions according to customers’ industry or business specification. Work closely with allied partners to provide quality services to customers;
• Perform GLCM portfolio monitoring on regular basis to ensure timely services provided to customers and pipeline requests have been closely followed up;
• Review product and pricing conditions to ensure overall profitability for the business;

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in general GLCM sales experience;
• Strong sales and customer service orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work independently and withstand pressure;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with good teamwork spirit;
• Familiar with GLCM system and product;
• Proficiency in English & Chinese, with good knowledge of PC application software
