1. 处理客户订单，与仓库协调无误的发出客户所需货物。

2. 使用ERP系统处理订单和出货文件。

3. 合理处理客户投诉，维护好与客户关系。

职位要求:

1. 大专以上学历,2年以上客服经验。

2. 普通话流利，英文程度4级以上或同等程度，能读写英文。

3. 自我激励，专心且有耐心，具有高度工作责任感。

4. 会使用办公软件及ERP系统。

5. 成熟，具有与客户沟通技巧。

Customer Service Officer and Job Description

The requirements for this position are:

1. College graduate with at least 2 years working experiences in customer service field.

2. Good Mandarin and English communication skills both in writing and reading. CET 4 or equivalent.
