• Adhere to all safety and environmental programs and policies
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
• Interface with equipment operators and maintenance staff to ascertain problems with equipment
• Responsible for  production line key automation trouble shooting  and reduce the risk of machinery breakdown by making machine improvement
• Able to write machine trouble shooting  procedures, work instructions and work orders and maintains records of repairs, calibrations and build it  in the CMMS system
• Able to read and interpret electrical and electronic drawings, pneumatic drawings, schematics, blueprints, engineering drawings to determine problem and make appropriate repairs
• Familiar with Siemens , AB PLC and drive, must use Siemens  step 7, portal and start drive software to analyze automation issue, and able to fix program bugs
• Understand Kuka robot  program and B&R drive system, able to fix the automation issue
• Check the close to obsolete electrical components and make the upgrade plan and implement it when necessary
• Build the key automation parts inventory in a safety level
• Provide training to electricians

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Engineering or related disciplines
• Must have Siemens, Allen Bradley, PLC and servo control skill
• Familiar with AutoCAD
• Familiar with using Microsoft office to write machine maintenance work instruction and procedures.
• Strong delegation and leadership skills
