职位描述
Description:
· To implement EHS and 5S management to ensure the safety of warehouse team and warehouse capital
o Make the warehouse team implement all 5S & Safety rules and discipline
o Implement warehouse equipment application daily checking and record
o Keep warehouse materials and facilities in order based on 5S principle
· To improve the Customer satisfaction and drive the efficiency
improvement
o Make sure the On Time of delivery ( External customers order delivery & internal production line feeding)
o Standardize and document the warehouse operational work (receiving, put away, replenishing, picking and shipping, etc.) and implement the training for warehouse team
o Measure & drive warehouse efficiency and quality performance improvement
o Optimize warehouse layout to maximize the utilization rate of warehouse space and improve the efficiency of materials flow under the support by method Engineer
· To manage physical inventory to improve inventory accuracy (Including: sub-con inventory.)
o Implement stocktaking and cycle counting according SPS guidance.
o Leading the stocktaking analysis and action plan to improve inventory accuracy follow PDCA cycle.
· To manage warehouse team and people development
o Continue improvement to Logistics KPIs and follow up the implementation
o Ensure warehouse staff to obey the warehouse standard operation process.
o Identify and standardize the competency modelling for warehouse team, and design the training plan for whole team.
o Coach and develop warehouse team talent pipeline.
· To drive DCWH & SEMW Smart warehouse transformation
o Facilitate the DCWH & SEMW team combination and look for more synergy
o Drive the digital transformation, system integration and operation automation to contribute to productivity.
· Control and optimize the warehouse operation cost
Qualifications:
Bachelor above degree, has the basic warehouse related specialized knowledge, the familiar computer operation and the SAP system operation, can carry on English mail read-write
exchange, has the intense sense of responsibility and good interpersonal
communication ability, has ability which cooperates with other teams between. Bottom of Form
At least 3 years as Warehouse Supervisor/Manager in Manufacturing company
Supply Chain Management, MRP methodology
Computer
skills, good at using of Microsoft. Knowledge of the SAP system
Strong leadership and cooperation with other Dpts
Customer oriented
CET6 or above
Lean experience is preferred
Digital competency is preferred
