职责描述：
1、构建SSC工作流程制度，持续优化人力资源的服务流程；
2、员工关系，入离职，转正、调动等手续办理与在职相关流程管理；
3、公司员工的政策咨询，及时回复员工日常事务咨询、答疑；
4、各项福利、社保公积金月度增减、年度审核、基数申报工作；
5、员工在职期间员工档案、证明相关材料的开具及办理；
6、员工考勤休假管理及人力资源数据的统计；
7、人力资源部各项基础数据的核查及管理；

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，了解HR模块化基础建设，2年以上人力资源相关工作经验；
2、优秀的服务意识，亲和力，高效的执行力，优秀的沟通协调能力；
3、正向积极的价值观，能吃苦，自驱力强；
4、熟悉人力资源各项法律政策；
5、熟练使用PPT等数据统计性工具。
