 工作职责：

 1． 负责与KA卖场的年度合同谈判；

2． 负责促销活动的安排，新品入场以及陈列排面等方面的谈判；

3． 制定KA年度销售计划，进行季度和年度业绩的回顾；

4． 有效进行费用管理，确保客户准时回款；

5． 对下属员工进行指导、培训和管理。

资历要求：

 1． 大专以上学历，10年以上重点客户管理经验；

2． 熟悉各大KA操作流程，与采购保持良好关系；

3． 优异的谈判技巧，计划性强，数据分析能力强；

4． 性格严谨、开朗，具有较强的抗压能力；

5、结果为导向，善于激励及带领下属达成目标。
