Main purpose of the job
- New Technology development and industrialisation in NCVM, painting + decorations processes.
- Concepting & planning of concrete solutions for painting & decoration applications
- Paint material or process trial and documentation
Essential tasks and areas of responsibility
- Technology development, testing, verification
- Trial run management
- Competence and best practice development
- Technology and competency transfer
- New Technology + application industrialisation + Ramp up preparation
- Communication
- To develop painting technology, processes & methods in accordance to the global plan
- Communication with paint chemical and equipment suppliers
- Painting technology industrialization
- Other tasks specified by the supervisor
Basic job requirements
- BSc/MSc Engineering, preferably in chemistry
- Work experience in multination company and in international assignments
- 5 years work experience on managing painting operations and technology
- 3 years work experience in handset industry painting or equivalent
- Required knowledge of languages: English, Chinese
