职位描述
1.全面统筹公司LED光源的研发工作；
2.参与制定公司LED产品研发计划，根据公司确认的研发计划，制定实施方案和预算；
3.组织研发人员对新产品所涉及的各类材料进行检测、试验等；
4.组织新产品试产，新产品发布；
5.组织研发人员编制新产品技术图纸、新产品BOM、新产品规格书；
6.负责研发团队的建设与培养，组织研发人员的培训学习，强化研发技巧，提高研发能力；
7.组织制定相关产品技术操作，指导监督本部门相关事宜；加强对产品服务质量的把控，确保公司提供优质产品解决方案。
8.负责对公司其他部门（业务部、品质部、仓库、采购部）相关人员的技术指导。
精通LED光源研发、设计、生产、制程管理。
