职责描述：
1、负责客户需求沟通, 根据业务现状和需求背景, 梳理出表结构、指标体系及数据运营策略
2、负责数据建模、数据分析、数据挖掘等数据相关技术的开发及实现
3、参与并完成用户需求(项目)的沟通,开发与交付
任职条件
1、对数据仓库、数据挖掘等领域有深刻的理解, 丰富的数据处理与分析经验, 有具体的项目开发经验
2、能够熟练进行数据分析设计和开发工作, 包括ETL抽取和前端展现, 熟悉常见的BI工具, 有tableau经验者优先
3、掌握Oracle/MSSQL/MySQL等常用数据库开发, 能独立完成业务数据需求, 及良好的SQL性能调优经验
4、有Hadoop/Hive等分布式计算框架部署、开发和维护管理经验者优先考虑
5、良好的沟通表达和团队协作能力, 自我学习及抗压能力能力强
