General Description / 综合要求：

·       Development Engineering Duties/开发工程职责

o    Generate, review, and/or study technical project scope or product definition documents.  Communicate questions or issues with written project scope or product definitions to R&D Engineering personnel for clarification or modification of documents.生成、审查和/或研究技术项目范围或产品定义文件。与研发工程师沟通有关项目范围或产品定义的问题，以澄清或修改文件。

o    Participate in design review sessions.参加设计评审会议。

• Design of analog, digital, circuits and embedded firmware.  Perform circuit design and calculations, modeling using Spice tools, tolerance analysis, prototyping, validation, and verification testing of product designs.  Schedule and perform design reviews and meetings during product development milestones and insure consistency in design reviews, verification, and qualification efforts.模拟、数字、电路和嵌入式固件的设计。执行电路设计和计算，使用Spice工具建模，公差分析，原型设计，验证和验证测试产品设计。在产品开发里程碑期间安排和执行设计评审和会议，确保设计评审、验证和确认工作的一致性。

·         Supply Chain Duties供应链职责

    

o    Act as an electrical engineering resource for CPI vendor base.  Communicate technical nature of products to new or existing vendors.  Explain products to new or existing vendors so they can provide an accurate and thorough quote.作为CPI供应商基地的电气工程资源。与新供应商或现有供应商沟通产品的技术特性。向新供应商或现有供应商解释产品，使他们能够提供准确和全面的报价。

    

o    Help evaluate potential suppliers or vendors to determine production capability, capacity considerations, technical abilities, and estimated quality levels.帮助评估潜在的供应商或供应商，以确定生产能力，产能考虑，技术能力和估计的质量水平。

·         Commercial Duties销售职责

o    Assist commercial team in evaluating customer’s requirements. -      协助商业团队评估客户需求。

·         Quality Duties质量职责

o    Help quality personnel when faced with quality problems with existing products.   Evaluate suspect products and provide written reports to Quality department on root cause analysis.协助质量人员处理现有产品的质量问题。评估可疑产品并向质量部提供根本原因分析的书面报告。

Work experience requirements / 工作经验要求：

·         4 years’ minimum (6 years preferred) of product design experience with electronics and circuit design.4年以上(6年以上)电子和电路设计产品设计经验。

·         Experience with both digital and analog circuit designs in an embedded control environment. Experience with SMPS design, LED driver design is preferred. Experience with wireless protocol and design like WIFI, Bluetooth, NFC is a plus.具有嵌入式控制环境中的数字和模拟电路设计经验。有SMPS设计经验，LED驱动设计经验者优先。有无线协议和设计经验，如WIFI，蓝牙，NFC优先。

·         Familiar with C language is preferred. Assembly language (Microchip PIC Series) is a must.熟悉C语言者优先。熟悉汇编语言(微芯片PIC系列)。

·         Familiarity with design analysis, calculations, and FMEA process in vetting a product design for safety critical applications.  Competence in the use of computer design tools like schematic capture, AutoCAD, etc.熟悉设计分析、计算和FMEA流程，以审查产品设计的安全关键应用。熟练使用示意图捕捉，AutoCAD等计算机设计工具。

·         Familiar with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, outlook and Microsoft Project for project reporting and data organization.熟练使用Word、Excel、outlook、Microsoft Project等Office办公工具进行项目报告和数据整理。

·         Fluent English on both written and spoken. CET-6 certification is preferred.英语读写流利。大学英语六级证书优先。
