  1)      Responsible for daily purchasing activities: RFQ; price benchmarking and negotiation; purchase orders placement and follow up, etc.

 2)      Responsible for local production material, equipment, machine spare parts and consumable purchasing & tracking to ensure machines and materials available on time to support production. Prepare necessary customs & payment documents 

 3)      Lead supplier sourcing & selection, price & contract negotiation for engineering, service & other local purchasing projects

 4)      Control material cost and inventory to keep company competitive

 5)      Organize and participate in supplier evaluations; source and develop qualified suppliers

 6)      Maintain good relationship and communications internally and externally 

 7)      Handle possible purchasing activities for other Carl Zeiss Vision entities in Guangzhou in needs 

 8)      Coordinate between suppliers and other ZEISS entities overseas 

 9)      Work with cross functions within the organization, including technical, supply chain, finance and manufacturing to procure and manage materials & projects with competitive terms

 10)   Other tasks assigned              

任职资格:

  1.     College or above, ME/EE/CE preferred 

 2.     5-year working experience in international purchasing and planning; familiar with purchasing and planning process 3.     Good at Microsoft Office especially excel. ERP/SAP experienced 

 4.     Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese 

 5.     Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

 6.     Strong logic 

 7.     Quick learner, able to work under pressure and handle project independently

 8.     High degree of initiative and ownership, attention to detail. 

 9.     High teamwork spirit 

 10.  Negotiation skills
