Key responsibilities are:

1. Management of anti-counterfeiting investigations and legal operations in China.

2. Developing and maintaining relationships with REACT members, REACT partner law firms as well as with the relevant law enforcement authorities

About you:

1. An IP professional with experience of at least 3 years in trademark enforcement either in a law firm and/or in a business.

2. Have an appreciation and understanding of the sensitivity towards different cultures

and approaches related to legal enforcement around the world.

3. Having at least 5 years' experience in brand protection work, especially IP investigations will be preferred.

4. Experience in the management of small teams will be an added advantage.

5. Solid experience in IPR enforcement and knowledge on local procedures / law enforcement authorities' roles and customs enforcement process.

6. A proactive, energetic, diplomatic and internationally orientated person.

7. Genuine interest in the business area with an assertive and problem solving attitude and an analytical mind. 

8. Proven good organisation and strong communication skills are essential as is a good command of English and Chinese verbally and written.
