Key responsibility:

1.Recruit candidates for open positions on time, including CV screening, candidate interview, communication with hiring managers and offer negotiation.

2. Handle new employee on board procedure, create access right, ID no. & card via e-hr system, arrange new employee orientation, input employee information to the e-HR system.

3. Organize internal and external training for all employees. Provide employees who will have overseas training with administrative support. Provide line managers with support of training coordination, skill matrix setup and training records review.

5. Assist HR Manager to conduct performance appraisal and make summary and analysis of the result to continuously motivate employee to achieve higher performance.

6. Organize employee communication and meeting with leadership on a regular base. Conduct employee satisfaction survey and propose actions that may help improve satisfaction rate. 

7. Assist HR Manager to deal with labor dispute case and work injury case when needed.

8. Collect and maintain attendance, absence and leave record.

9. Prepare monthly payroll data to ensure accurate and on time payment.

10. Other HR related project or activities when needed.

Requirements:

1. Good experience on recruitment and training.

2. Sound knowledge of labor laws, regulations, experiences on solving employ relation case.

3. Good communication and presentation skill, strong team and inter-person skills.

4. Quick learning, pro-active and willing to work under pressure.

5. Fluent English in both speaking and writing.

6. Familiar with SAP system HR module.

7. Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
