岗位职责：

1. Conduct document verification to make sure support documents are correct and meeting the Lending Criteria. Escalate the irregularities to Team Manager and FRM to prevent fraud risk. 负责香港个人贷款相关文件审核及收入计算以及必要时向相关部门上报可疑交易以防止欺诈风险；

2. Conduct call monitoring and drawdown validation according to the in-scope tasks of respective products to make sure loan drawdown. 对个人贷款业务中涉及电话沟通的记录（粤语/英语）进行全程质量评估以及放款验证，确保正确放款；

3. Prepare HKMA GDR Report for HK mortgage loan on monthly basis. 根据香港监管部门要求准备抵押贷款相关报告。

任职要求：

1. Education Level: University and above全日制本科及以上学历；

2. Shift arrangement & HK Holiday 适应倒班（早晚班）以及香港假期安排；

3. Good skills on Cantonese and English read, write & communication 具备优秀的的普通话、粤语、英语听说读写和沟通能力；

4. Good team collaboration capability and excellent service awareness 良好的团队协作能力，并具备优秀的服务意识；

5. Has some personal loan/mortgage loan knowledge in related to banking or some working experience in the industry（Document Verification experience, Call back or customer service experience）具备银行贷款业务背景及相关文件审核经验或呼叫中心经验者优先；

6. Being able to work under pressure 有较强的抗压能力。

Financial Markets Solutions Delivery (FMSD) is a global unit that builds, implements and supports IT solutions to enable the Financial Markets business of Standard Chartered Bank. The Financial Markets business, part of the Wholesale Bank, delivers a broad range of high-value-added financial market products to corporate, institutional and investor clients around the world, with a particular emphasis on our key footprint across Asia, Africa and the Middle East, supported by trading rooms in the world's financial centres.

The FMSD team of over 600 people is based across Singapore, London, Chennai, Dubai, New York and Hong Kong. From 2010, we are developing an FMSD team in Tianjin, China. It is a strategic move to build FMSD capability in Tianjin within next 5 years with below vision:
