General Description / 综合要求：

Assist in the development and implementation of supplier management programs. Track and qualify or disqualify suppliers according to organization's standards. Maintain successful relationships with supply, engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory departments, investigate, analyze and resolve supplier quality problems by conducting audits, analyzing defect trends and leading continuous improvement projects. 

协助开发和实施供应商管理计划。根据组织标准对供应商进行跟踪和评定。与供应、工程、制造和监管部门保持良好的关系。调查，分析和解决供应商质量问题，通过审计，分析缺陷趋势和领导持续改进项目。

Work experience requirements / 工作经验要求：

1. Work with Supply Chain to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported and that appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented.与供应链合作，确保定期报告供应商的表现，并采取适当和及时的纠正措施。

2. Maintain and update critical supplier audit system and schedule. 维护和更新关键供应商审核系统和时间表。

3. Conduct supplier audits to drive process standardization, waste elimination, and continuous improvement.对供应商进行审核以推动工艺标准化，消除浪费和持续改进。

4. Monitor, communicate and improve key supply chain KPI’s, including Supplier OTD (Past due), DPPM and waste.监控，沟通和改善关键的供应链KPI，包括供应商OTD(逾期)，DPPM和浪费。

5. Establish specific short / long term supplier quality goals.建立明确的短期/长期供应商质量目标。

       6. Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers and customers to eliminate recurrence of non‐conformances.协助供应商和客户解决问题，分析根本原因，杜绝不合格事件的再次发生。

7. Aide Manufacturing in the evaluation and qualification of new supplier materials following a defined new product development process.根据新产品的定义，协助新供应商材料的评估和资格鉴定开发过程。

Skills and Education requirements / 技能及学历要求：

1. Technical skills with material spec evaluations, Measurement System Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Failure,mode and Effects Analysis and Design of Experiments.具有材料规格评估、测量系统分析、统计过程控制、失效模式和效果分析及实验设计的技能。
2. Usage of QC tools such as 8D, 7 Quality Tools, and problem solving techniques.使用QC工具，如8D, 7质量工具和解决问题的技巧。
3.  Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.在整个组织内促进质量成就和绩效改进。
4. Analyze performance data and charts against defined parameters.根据已定义的参数分析性能数据和图表。
5. Consider the application of environmental and health and safety standards.考虑环境、健康和安全标准的应用。
6. Experience with six sigma and other quality standards or methodologies strongly preferred.有六西格玛和其他质量标准或方法经验者优先。
7. Strong math and statistics background.良好的数学和统计学背景。
8. 1 to 3 years prior experience in Quality Assurance for OEM & consumer product manufacturer.1 - 3年OEM及消费品制造商质量保证工作经验。
9. Demonstrated experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors.有与合同制造商、供应商或分销商合作的经验。
10. Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills.出色的书面和口头沟通能力。
11. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access are required.良好的计算机技能，包括Microsoft Excel,  PowerPoint, Word和Access。
12. Passion and alignment with our mission, vision, values & operating principles.激情与我们的使命、愿景、价值观和经营原则相一致。
13. Experience in quality management systems and supplier audit requirements.有质量管理体系和供应商审核要求方面的经验。

A good command of English is preferred.精通英语者优先。
