Qualifications

• graduates or 1-2 years legal working experience with law major of the bachelor degree or above
• Have the great business sense and strong legal knowledge
• Have good reading and writing English skills
• Prefer to candidates who have passed the Chinese Bar examination

Report Lines

• Direct report line to China CFO and dotted report line to Head of legal, Asia

Major Responsibilities

• Implement the contract review policy in the responsible subsidiaries
• reviewing purchasing and sales contracts, agreements as well as other legal documents

• Implement the contract filing
• Corporate governance including resolution draft, certificates maintenance
• Support the compliance training and other compliance policy implementation
• Legal research and analysis
• Report the litigations and arbitrations cases in the responsible subsidiaries
• Identify potential legal risk and procedure improvement needs during the routine operation

Other and ad hoc legal or legal admin works assigned by China CFO and Head of legal, Asia
