Our client is a famous Europe trading company.

Position: Corporate Development and Real Estate Investments Manager

Work Location: GZ or SZ

1. Explore opportunities in the Greater Bay Area according to the group strategy

2. Participating in the business idea generation, reviewing the viability of the business idea, coordinating with stakeholders (internal and external) to align on the business case/plan for the business idea, developing the business & financial model to substantiate the expected return and business plan, managing the transaction process & supporting the Group to develop proper post-transaction plan/integration, conducting researches/ market studies/ various analyses where required

3. Reviewing business development opportunities and investments to support the continuous development of the Group within the GBA Area.

4. Liaise and collaborate with government authorities, internal & external customers/partners

5. Draft project plan with justifications to adapt the plan to uniqueness of each individual project

6. Collect external information timely, e.g. government policy changes, codes and regulations updates, industry development, etc., critically assess the information and devise implications to the projects and response plan

7. Detail oriented in planning and executing projects – think thoroughly of each step

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Law is a plus;

2. At least 5 years relative working experience in corporate development or corporate affairs is an advantage;

3. Familiar with government policy in China, especially in GBA area;

4. Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) , good command of English is a plus;

5. A team player who works together with other team members to deliver projects and meet project goals;

6. Open minded to new ideas, opinions and new ways of doing projects;

7. A fast learner to take up new skills required for different assignments;

8. Open to share his/her thoughts and ideas;

9. Flexible to adapt to different project requirements and conditions

10. Strong professional integrity and principle;

11. Positive and can-do attitude with strategy thinker;

12. Good interpersonal skills and communication skills, and can work with people from different backgrounds and of different personalities.
