Merchandiser Clerk 采购文员

Job duties

1. Working directly under supervision of Merchandising Manager;

   在直属上级的领导下进行工作；

2. Follow up mainly with suppliers to support from A to Z for all the process of order creations;

   主要与供应商进行联系，从头到尾跟进订单的进度；

3. Handle and update internal document fillings (such as marketing fee, supplier database etc. )

   处理和更新内部文件（如营销费用，供应商数据库等）

4. Sample follow up: ask for samples + follow up sample receiving, storage and sending;

   跟进样品，如拿样，收样，存样和寄样；

5. Handle any ad-hoc projects assigned by Line Manager;

   处理由直线经理指定的项目；

6. Provide support to merchandising team;

   为采购组提供支持；

7. Work together with the team members to achieve common goals.

   团队协作达到共同目标。

Qualification:

1. Secondary school or above.

   大专及以上学历；

2. Related work experience (1-2years) in an international company, familiarity with European market is a plus. Fresh graduate is considerable if excellent.

   1-2年的在外贸公司的相关工作经验，熟悉欧洲市场是加分条件；优秀毕业生也可接受。

3. Excellent communication, organization and planning skill is essential.

   出色的沟通技巧、组织能力和计划性思维；

4. Ability to work under pressure.

   能够承受压力；

5. Good command of written English and Microsoft office software (outlook/excel etc.)

   熟练的英语写作和办公室软件操作技巧；

6. Able to work independently, good team player and interpersonal skill, high integrity and detail oriented.

   能独当一面，做到团队之间良好沟通，为人诚实可靠，细心。
