Organize and follow-up of global electrical sub-system projects including:

New features 

Cost reduction 

Quality improvement 

Modularization/standardization

Drive and bring innovation, based on consumer insight

Demonstrate creative ability through invention or other significant contributions to the profession; support creation and development of EM Road Map.

Participate in concept development activities

Monitor new technology opportunities available on the market and develop partnership with universities, research centers and suppliers

Ensure compliance of sub-systems and components with both internal and external safety standards

Ensure maintenance of sub-systems in terms of quality and cost improvement

Reduce complexity

Understands and apply modularity as a design guideline; determines the benefit of product design re-use from existing products and modifies existing designs as input to new products

Budget and personnel responsibility for the assigned team

Responsible for team members and competences development

任职要求：

Master degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering

Strong knowledge in electrical components , system development and design 

Overview of the components used and the main features and requirements 

Able to discuss the proposals fact based 

Strong structured and engineering approach during each development phase

Good knowledge of 3D design tool (CATIA is preferred)

Experience as Team Leader, Project Manager, Technical Leader

Basic knowledge of approval and environmental rules in different countries

Strong knowledge in Electrolux Processes and tools – ***, IPDP, EC, 20 Step

Experience in Value management and Design for Assembling and Manufacturing is a plus any required certifications, education level)
