岗位职责：

1、建立和完善公司各项行政管理规章制度和流程，贯彻执行并持续优化；

2、负责公司工商证照注册、年检、变更、印章及证照、档案等管理工作；

3、负责政府资金扶持项目申报系列统筹工作；

4、负责采购管理、固定资产管理、公文管理、办公管理等行政管理工作；

5、负责组织、安排公司各项重要会议及重要对外接待、联络工作；

6、负责策划组织公司各项活动，包括团建、年会、员工节日活动，下午茶与员工福利发放统筹；

7、负责机票预订、费用管理及供应商选择等工作；

8、管理公司办公环境，提升公司办公环境质量；

9、安排行政日常相关工作，处理好各部门的需求。

任职要求：

1、本科或以上学历，行政管理、工商管理等相关专业，5年以上行政工作经验；有起草、拟写公司规章制度经验者优先考虑；

2、熟悉行政管理各项实务操作和运作方式，并能实际操作运用；

3、服务意识强，沟通协调能力强，解决突发事件能力突出，条理清晰，逻辑严密；

4、熟练使用office办公软件，擅长报表制作、数据分析；

5、具有同行业相关工作经验者，热爱二次元文化者优先考虑。
