岗位职责：

1、制定TMK年度计划、季度、月度任务，并监督团队完成任务；

2、负责TMK团队建设、岗位设置及人员培训管理工作；

3、负责TMK关键业务指标的达成；

4、负责组织TMK服务信息、客户档案的整理工作。

任职要求：

1、大学本科以上，具有企业管理、市场营销、客户关系管理、公共关系管理等专业知识；

2、熟悉电话销售流程和接受过相关系统培训；

3、三年以上呼叫中心管理工作经验；

4、具备一定的市场意识、创新意识及开拓能力，富有职业素养及客户服务理念;

5、具有良好的团队意识和培训能力
