CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：

• Provide the schedule for outer and inner demand.

     负责内外部订单交期确认。

• Prepare production plan according demand and production status, release plan to production sector after approval. 

     根据销售订单及生产状况编制生产计划，并经批准后下达制造部门实施。

• WO creation and daily WO management, WO implementation following up and problem solving.

     日常生产工单的管理，工单创建，确认及问题解决。

• Follow up the production progress, and monitor production situation and grasp material supply information in time. Adjust production plan in time if any unexpected situation.

     跟进生产进度，运用生产管理系统，把握生产进度；及时把握材料供应等相关信息；如遇突发情况，适时调整生产安排。

• Attend NPI plan and arrange PD run reasonable.

     参与制定新产品的开发计划，合理安排试制生产计划。

• Make sure delivery schedule and arrange shipment on time.

     确保产品交期，保证按照客户要求，按时出货。

• Keep good communication with CS about delivery schedule change. 

     与客服保持良好的沟通以知悉任何交期的变动。

• Prepare the SAP instruction document for planning module and update instruction in time.

     编制SAP计划模块的指引文档并及时更新文档。

• Follow up the expired stock and abnormal stock(Quality issue etc) handling, arrange rework plan in time and avoid over abnormal stock. 

     跟进过期及质量异常库存产品及物料的处理，及时安排返工计划，减少异常库存的积压。

• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

     上司交办的其他工作。     

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求：      

• Familiar with Electronic product production procedure.

     熟悉电子产品生产加工工艺流程。

• Familiar with make and implement production plan, purchasing plan and inventory plan.

     熟悉生产计划、采购计划、库存计划的编制和执行。

• Prefer the candidate who has 3 years production planning experience in the electronics manufacture.

     有电子生产制造型企业3年以上的生产计划工作经验者优先。

• Good at ERP application.

     会熟练操作、运用ERP等生产管理系统。

• Strong at data analysis, good knowledge of MS office products and Excel application.

     有较强的数据统计技术，熟练操作常用办公软件，精通EXCEL应用。

• Good at listening, speaking, reading and writing in Mandarin, English.

     普通话和英语听说读写能力良好。

• Strong ability of coordination, good interpersonal relation, able to work under pressure.

     协调、统筹能力强，人际关系良好。

• careful thinking, logical, good to deal with emergency affairs.

     思维缜密，逻辑性强，擅于应对突发事务。

• Good understanding cross-culture.

     了解不同文化的差异。

• Able to work under pressure and result oriented.

     能够在压力下工作,并以结果为导向。
