岗位职责：  

1.  参与公司、校区的发展战略研讨，制定所管辖校区的运营方案，包括市场推广、招生、经营管理等，监督并指导相关具体工作    

2.  负责组建、培养、管理运营团队，制定相关业绩考核方案及团队激励策略，带领团队达成工作目标；   

3.  积极开发合作渠道，与有关单位、组织保持长期良好的合作关系，就项目运营、经营收益、资源整合等目标制定可行方案并布置相关工作，促进集团、校区规模化发展；   

4.  制定校区运营管理规定及实施计划，监督执行招生、师资管理、教学服务、校区日常运作管理等核心工作，带动校区通过高效运营创造收益；  

5.  定期开展市场调研工作，关注行业行情、定期搜集相关数据并加以分析；    

6.  协调解决各种工作问题、妥善处理有关投诉和应急事件，及时向公司汇报；    

7.  完成公司安排的其他相关工作。

   

任职要求：   

1.  本科或以上学历，教育管、工商管理、师范类专业优先；    

2.  两年以上高中课外培训机构、高中复读班运营管理或上公立/私立中学运营管理工作经验，较熟悉教学机构运营、招生、师资管理、经营管理及相关政策法规，具备先进的理念及开拓创新意识；

3. 具备良好的领导统筹、决策、沟通、协调、监督、团队管理及处理重大事务的能力，工作责任心强；

4. 具有较丰富的教育项目运营、经营投资经验，思维清晰、反映敏锐、眼光长远；

5. 具有一定的教育连锁机构高管工作经验者亦可考虑。
