岗位职责

1. 协助透析中心的运营目标制定和运营计划制定
2. 负责除临床部分外的日常运营管理
3. 保证设备和场地运转正常，负责所有设备和场地的维护的管理
4. 协助第三方合作机构合同的执行，流程对接和关系协调，其中包括合作医院、转诊、临床检验、洗消、医疗废物处理等
5. 负责患者日常服务方案的执行，协助患者转诊手续办理。
6. 保证后勤物资供应，减少浪费。与财务及医疗/护理等相关部门共同合作控制运营成本
7. 负责政府关系的维护，保证医保报销流程顺畅及系统对接
8. 负责当地患者的招募方案的执行
9. 协调处理突发事件

                                        

任职要求

1.  1-3年医疗行业运营管理工作经验
2. 了解广东血液净化行业及市场，有一定的当地政府资源
3. 有领导力和执行力. 可以完成运营计划的制定和执行
4. 沟通能力强，能够协调内部和外部各方面关系
5. 专科以上学历， 护理，医学或管理相关专业优先
