Role Overview

Being a rapid-growing company that had been active in Toy Industry for more than 15 years, our product now has gained wide recognition in many markets and still under raid-development. We are now seeking for a Brand Marketing Manager that can join us in building up higher brand recognition, to grow together with the company. As a Brand marketing manager, you’re required of knowledge of branding principles and a sound ability to creatively execute different marketing campaigns. You will take responsibility for the strategic direction; you will embed a clear vision for your brands and oversee all areas of marketing continuously driving brand growth through campaign success. You will work closely with the Business Development, Product, sales team to execute your strategy and drive overall profitable brand growth.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work with managing director and the other function team to setup marketing campaign in different channels to make the brand and product go visible in market, increase brand acknowledge.
2. Supervise TVC shooting: give briefing to TVC company, coordinating the shooting parties and make sure TVC shooting goes in the correct direction.
3. Social media management: in charge of social media news release: including but not limited to Facebook/YouTube/Instagram, create attractive content for brand promotion based on the familiarity of different channels to establish brand image
4. Push on product advertising in market
5. Website management: in charge of website update and new content release
6. Conduct market research, analyze the impact of competitor marketing campaign, bring out own marketing campaign create higher brand recognition

Experience Desired

1. At least 3-5 years experience in Brand Marketing or Advertising or social media management at international company or agency. Oversea working experience is also preferable.
2. Familiar with Facebook/Instagram/YouTube promotion method
3. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and be able to set priorities, stay focused, and set clear milestones.
4. Knowledge of marketing principles including branding, advertising, media management
5. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to product quality and safety.
6. Must be a self-starter with energy, creativity and determination to accomplish goals.
7. Superior verbal and written English communication skills as well as strong presentation skills.
8. Related Degree or equivalent relevant experience in Toy Marketing is preferred.
