工作内容：

1、负责电商平台发展战略以及品牌建设规划，参与制定电商年度经营目标、费用预算及月度计划（销售额、成交转化率、广告投入、利润率等）；

2、负责公司电商团队流程完善及日常管理；

3、负责电商平台的管理和运营模式的完善，监管各类推广活动方案的制定、申报、争取、策划、和实施；

4、分析并把握各种类型客户需求，针对客户需求开展网站优化调事情，规划产品组合；；

5、负责电商团队管理和人员的培训、指导、完成部门业绩指标并接受公司KPI考核；

6、对产品和服务提出改进建议，提升网店自身营销能力，对店铺销售情况进行统计跟跟踪，并定期进行总结，提出改进措施；

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，1-5年以上电商运营主管以上相关工作经验及食品类目运营经验优先；

2、熟悉电子商务市场状况和运营规则，具备敏锐的市场洞察力，具有相关产品知识；

3、必须有天猫运营管理经验，熟悉天猫运作和促销方式并具备较好的做店思维；

4、懂得各大电商平台的规则、技巧、交易流程及扩大交易量的方法和技巧；

5、有较强的团队精神和工作激情，善于沟通，踏实肯干；

Engaged in the bird’s nest industry for decades, the founding team of Dingtaiyan built houses especial for swiftlets from Southeast Asia after in-depth study, providing them with a favorable living environment and, in turn, giving Dingtaiyan an advantage in product sources, with which Dingtaiyan can get the safety of its raw materials and enough yield assured. Keeping the idea of “bringing bird’s nest of good quality to more Chinese families” in mind, Dingtaiyan built in Zhongshan GMP purification production workshops with cleanliness class 100,000, which are equipped with automated professional production lines and production equipment.
