1.  Work with internal and external professionals to offer ERS team with academic solution to help close the deal. Offer training to EI team and external key accounts.   Offer solution timely and precisely to ERS.  

2.  Work with ERS team on new product/service development, promotion.

3.  Help improve those students life through OUP product/services.

4.  Write and produce localized product presentation tools & publicity materials to enhance all product EI and marketing activities.

5. Meet, give presentations and convey information to internal staff, decision-makers, teachers, users and non-users to retain and increase adoptions.

6. Write, edit and deliver promotional and pedagogical talks for presenters and consultants to deliver, in order to improve the quality and quantity of our brand, products and services.

7. Control the quality and provide support to customers using our products and services, which is not limited to enquiry handling, product briefings, lesson demonstration and class observation on teachers’ performance with professional input.

8. Support ERS on academic side. E.g. work out academic solution for key account or present with ERS to key account.

9. Lead key account projects.

10. Whole-picture product management and localization.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

·       Bachelor degree is required (overseas study experience is preferred)

·       Fluent spoken and written English

·       Strong academic support background

·       Work experience on academic affair and academic solution.

·       Strong presentation and training skill.
