职位描述
Job Spectrums:
1.Receive the customer's standing order;
2.Ensure to fulfill the requirement by customers, include trucking arrangement, shipping plan, cost est;
3.Communicate with trucking agents to ensure booked trucking available;
4.Input the system accurately and efficiently to arrange the transportation plan;
5.Arrange to pick up the cargoes from customer and trace the status by cooperated with OPS teammates;
6.Get the relevant container no and seal no and provide information to CLIENT;
7.Trace the sailing date and inform customers for any change, negotiate with clients for solution if customers can not accept the change;
8.Cooperate with teammates in destination and make sure the cargo will be delivered as per customer's request;
9 Problem Solving assist with problem identification and solution generation. Identifies and responds to changing needs of the customer.
10.Read and reply daily E-mail and follow up phone inquires and prepare regular APVfor vendor and submit to supervisor;
11.Request F&A to issue invoice to customers, and help to push the payment in case of necessary and be willing to support local Value added service such as trucking etc proactively.
Requirements:
- College or university graduates.
- At least one or above year of relevant experience.
- Good experience and knowledge in managing International logistics shipments
- Ability to comment on customers' operation guides, plan and set up working procedures
- Able to lead a team to implement procedures and deliver satisfactory services
- Detail-minded, organized, proactive, helpful, friendly and able to work under pressure and workload
- Good written and spoken English, good understanding and communication skill
Familiar with Microsoft word / excel. Prowerpoint .
