1. Support related business unit on overall financial planning and analysis, which includes but not limited to monthly reporting package, expense and cost analysis, and other ad hoc analysis related to projects, BU GP, costing, Capex, headcount, etc.
2. Support Finance director to lead whole budgeting process for entity Capex spending, depreciation, and amortization on yearly basis, in charge of the whole budget transfer process.
3. Annual budgeting, regularly forecasting, and out-looking of all P&L items.
4. Work closely with the business team for project analysis, and provide financial recommendations as needed.
5. Prepare business review presentations, with an in-depth understanding of financial and business issues.
6. Provide financial analysis to the management team, including but not limited to cost-benefit analysis, return on asset analysis, NPV, IRR, etc to support a better decision-making process.
7. Prepare cost allocation for appointing division and adjust the costing method when necessary.
8. Corporate with HR to track headcount forecast and movement for the whole company.
9. Prepares special projects and analyses, such as modeling and pre-IPO preparation
10. Participates in cost savings and cost improvement terms.
11. Other ad hoc analysis when called upon.

任职资格:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 5+ years’ experience in MNC, Biotech/industry with Big Name Company is preferred. Solid experiences or young potential in FP&A or Controlling.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. English proficiency is a must.
4. Smart and Flexibility in communication skills. Strong business acumen.
5. Strong execution and a team player.
6. Detail-oriented, and be able to work under pressure.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of NetSuite and Vena would be plus
